We offer a relaxed atmosphere, so please feel free to wear your most comfortable clothes. Salon J is a smoke-free enviornment and, for your relaxation, cell phone use is not permitted in the spa treatment areas.

Please check-in 15 minutes before your appointment. Unfortunately, late arrivals cannot receive an extension of scheduled treatments. If it is your first appointment, please allow 15 minutes for us to get to know each other and provide you with a personalized consultation.

Services that require an hour or more of time must be reserved by credit card. If cancellation is necessary, please call 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged 50% of the service cost. For Spa Packages, the cancellation notice time is 48 hours in advance.
